Melissa Lambright, OD

Dr. Melissa Lambright is the founder of SIGHT, SIGHT Specs, SIGHT Pediatrics, SIGHT Rehabilitation and Roots + Ladders.  She is a board certified, residency trained optometrist with a passion for empowering patients through patient education and preventative care.  She understands the complexity of the visual system and its connection to systemic health. She experienced this first hand as her mother navigated the healthcare system after an episode of blindness, eventually leading to the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.

More about Dr. Lambright

Dr. Lambright spent the first part of her career working as a clinical instructor at the Newington and West Haven VA hospitals. In addition, she has lectured to healthcare providers across the state on various topics including, post-concussion syndrome, emergency eye care, visual rehabilitation, visual/vestibular integration, the systemic associations of ocular disease and visual development and sensory integration of children.

Dr. Lambright received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Michigan, her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry and completed a residency at the New England College of Optometry. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Optometry. Served as Board of Directors of the Connecticut Optometric Association and the Junior League of Hartford.  Hartford Business Journal celebrated Dr. Lambright’s accomplishments by recognizing her as Hartford Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.

Jennifer Raska, OD

Dr. Jennifer Raska is a New York native who received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Siena College and her Doctorate of Optometry from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts.

She completed her clinical training at Boston Medical Center and the Newington VA Hospital. She has since practiced in an advanced ocular disease clinic, where she gained career-defining experience in the diagnosis and management of cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma, uveitis and retinal vascular disorders.

More about Dr Raska

Dr. Raska has great interest in caring for patients with special needs and enjoys working with families of all ages. She has been practicing in central Connecticut since 2014 and is welcoming new patients.

She is an active member of the Connecticut Association of Optometrists and the American Optometric Association.

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her growing family and beloved golden retriever.

Laura Olsen, OD

Dr. Laura Olsen completed her Doctorate and Master’s degree at SUNY College of Optometry in New York City. She went on to a Residency program in Pediatrics and Vision Therapy at Salus Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. Originally from Michigan, Dr. Olsen has moved from coast to coast and is always ready for some adventure. She spent 5 years in Seattle where she enjoyed views of Mt. Rainier and working with patients in pediatrics, vision therapy, myopia control, primary care, and dry eye therapies. Now that she’s back on the East Coast, she’s thankful for good pizza and bagels and is excited to be working with kids and patients of all ages to improve their visual skills! SIGHT is so lucky to have her.

Dr. Stephanie Sullivan, OD

Originally from the Midwest, she did her undergrad at Iowa State… Go CYCLONES! 
She relocated to Massachusetts where she completed her doctorate at MCPHS University in Worcester. She spent the next 5 years in primary care in Connecticut as she was starting her family. Her love for pediatric patients and visual function led her to Sight. 
Dr. Sulliven loves to connect with her patients and help them navigate visual conditions from pediatric to geriatric. Her wealth of knowledge in glasses and contact lens prescription, neuro rehabilitation assessment, vision therapy,  diagnosing and treating eye diseases are an asset to the center and patient experience. 
When she is not in DIY project, you can find her spending time with her husband while chasing after her kiddo, cat + dog!
